- Umbrella for dental plans such as Ameritas, MetLife, and Guardian.

- Includes a range of insurance providers like Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and more.
- Medicare Plans: We also accept select Medicare Advantage plans, including those offered by Humana and Aetna, which provide dental coverage.

United Concordia Dental Network
- Covers various employer-sponsored dental plans as well as government programs like TRICARE.

Cigna Dental PPO Network
- Cigna’s PPO network covers a range of individual and employer-sponsored plans.

AlwaysCare Dental Network
- Provides coverage under plans administered by Starmount Life Insurance and other associated carriers.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
