After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Sadlowski was selected for an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency with the United States Air Force (USAF), where he received specialized training and honed his skills in complex dental procedures. Following this prestigious program, he proudly served several additional years as a Captain in the USAF, further refining his expertise and developing a strong sense of discipline, precision, and patient care.

In 1995, Dr. Sadlowski transitioned from military service to private practice, establishing Dentistry at Walker Square in Dover. Over the years, he has built a stellar reputation for delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a welcoming and compassionate environment. His approach is centered around patient education and comfort, ensuring that everyone feels confident and informed about their dental health.
